Cable Regulation

Oh great. Bush is talking about decency standards again. Don't conservatives have anything better to do than regulate what I choose to watch on cable? (I mean, really, I pick what channels I want when I write that check for 60 bucks every month). When did government regulation become a Republican value? I thought the Republicans were all about a hands-off-non-meddling-kinda-government.
