Platform

Now that the Republican's have adopted their platform (hey, if the republicans are allowed to adopt, shouldn't we be too?), any LCR inside Madison Square Garden had better fucking boo Bush's ass when he steps up to the platform to give his speech on Thursday. Really people - I thought you said you wanted to make your voice heard in the party. I still can't understand how these gays can align themselves with a party that, for the most part, hates them and wants to change the constitution of our great country in order to take away civil rights. I plan on asking a few of them this very question tonight...

JCN's photography almost makes you feel as if you were at the UFPJ protest on Sunday.

Republican National Convention

Instead of protesting generally with the rest of my friends, I will be a little more specific in my activities. Sign in hand, my plan is to follow around one specific republican coming to town for the event. Hopefully, this one-on-one approach will work a bit better than the mass protests that will be happening around the convention center.

I mean, really, how much sex will he be able to score if I'm standing behind him at a gay bar with a sign that reads [insert slogan here]?

Ah...now there's my problem. Just what should that sign say?

It's hot in Athens, so in the real spirit of the olympics, catch all the hot olympians you can handle.

Thank God for PBS and The Real Olympics.

I don't normally leave my television on when I nap, but waking up to hot men dressed in little else than mud totally made my night. The fact that it was educational programming just made it better.

Note: Nielson reported that this was the number one show TiVo-ed by ex-gays throughout the United States. Isn't it sad to think that PBS is all they have?
